The Committee on Energy and Manufacturing moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 2s, line 14, by striking the code citation “§11-13-20” and inserting in lieu thereof the code citation “§11-13-2o”;

On page 1, section 2s, line 16, after the word “installing” and the comma by inserting the word “operating” and a comma;

On page 2, section 2s, line 20, after the word “installing” and the comma by inserting the word “operating” and a comma;

On page 2, section 2s, line 29, by striking the code citation “§11-13-20” and inserting in lieu thereof the code citation “§11-13-2o”;

On page 2, section 2s, line 32, after the word “installing” and the comma by inserting the word “operating” and a comma;

And,

On page 2, section 2s, line 42, by striking the words “prescribe such regulations as he deems” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “promulgate such rules, including emergency rules,”.
